Dubai Immigration: Dubai Visa Rules for
Nigerian Travellers
Dubai,
the largest city in the United Arab Emirates is truly a unique destination, a
luxurious recreation city built with innovation and vision at its core. With such
great amount of things to do and places to visit in this modern city, it is no
surprise that Nigerian travelers go there every now and then. From opulent
shopping center and tallest skyscraper to desert, there is always so much in in
Dubai.
Every year thousands of Nigerians apply for Dubai Visa;
however, getting the visa has become a very complex these days due to new rules
introduced by Dubai immigration for Nigerians. Travellers can apply for Dubai
Visit Visa, depending on whether you are travelling for business or leisure. However,
please find below immigration rules for applying Dubai Tourist visa for
Nigerian nationality.
Dubai has banned single and unmarried Nigerians who
are less than 40 years old from visiting the country except the person is
accompanied by someone who is above 40 and bears the same surname with them.
Visa
applicant, male less than 21 years and female less than 23 years need to attach
below given documents-
- Candidate must be accompanied guardian.
- Copy Of candidate's Birth Certificate.
- Copy of guardian's valid Passport.
- Guardian’s Valid Dubai Visa.
Note: According to Dubai
immigration rules, a male applicant below 40 years old is not allowed to apply
for tourist visa however, we process service visa which is valid for 14days stay.
Visa application will be made after the required documents have been provided.
All visas are for single entry only.
For Nigerian Family: First Husband and wife need to apply for visa along with marriage
certificate and once it is approved then apply visa for children’s visa.

- Recent passport size color Photo
- Valid Nigerian Passport
Guidelines for Photo and Passport:
For visa processing it is compulsory that
you have a passport that should be valid and meets requirements.
- Passport style and size (45 mm high x 35 mm wide)
- Color and taken within last six month
- Validity of passport must be at least 6 months
- Contain at least two blank pages.
